Those two forms aren't to scale i just zoomed in somehow while drawing Your average sentient malignant virus that got into the Geometry Dash servers, creating its own "lobotomy" levels that actually caused strokes and/or epilepsy. It also possesses the ability to generate enough objects to make a high-end computer explode, usually doing so after playing a "FIRE IN THE HOLE" sound effect. It requires quite some energy to make explosions or induce a fatal stroke, and it somehow causes all the Normal or Extreme Demon faces in the level to look like that.
