Story: Graypelt was the best warrior in Shardclan. There was talk when the deputy was made leader, she would be the next. When she was on patrol, she neared the highstone ledge. Thistlepaw (her apprentice) was acting weird lately. And Thistlepaw said behind her back silently "have a fun trip down." and pushed her off. Her mate Stripedfeather sped tword the edge and looked down. Graypelt was going to fall into the deep end! Than she cried tears of sadness and joy, and whispered "let me fall. Meet you in Starclan." Stripedfeather cried for hours, raced back to the clan with Thistlepaw behind and told everyone. They were all in shock. Snowstar looked down at Thistlepaw, knowing it was him. "Get out of our clan Thistlepaw." He said as he stepped up to the highrock. Thistlepaw refused, and bit Stripedfeather on the neck before racing into the forest. But above the stars, Graypelt was watching. She wished she could be with her mate again. She wished she could see her clan again. She wanted to go home. That is the story of Graypelt's death
