it uses the least amount of tris and applies the quad filler when it can, places emphasize on culling and direct rendering, if you are already doing culling you can remove the if statement, but i would recommend you switch your culling over to the integrated one ...also yeah i made alot of changes to the engine but ill explain it in the actual update
