It allows whoever holds it to do almost whatever he wants, except for changing time. But only whenever he has it in his hands, be it left, right, or another if existent. It can also only do so many things before it loses energy, but it will eventually regain energy. While this can lead to many benefits, but it could mean pure doom for everything if in the wrong hands. That is why it was hidden within the depths of Earth. Until one day during the year 2010, a rather... uhm... how do i say this... unique... soul found it once again. Instead of hiding it where it belonged, he put it inside a giant mansion he created, which everyone knows exists. However, he would vow to protect it with his life. --Further Explanation of the Universe-- This Universe is different from both the main Part-Making Partnership universes and the Fat Sand Rat universe. Poppy Bros. have legs at birth (opposed to growing them upon puberty), everybody lives on one planet (a la Real Earth), and so far there have been no real "adventures." Nobody has any significant powers besides what the species normally has (e.g. wizzrobes can teleport and shoot beams, some characters have floating hands, etc.) Nobody has any notable weapons and everyone is a completely normal person (they don't have to be human) but they can make weapons whenever they want during this collab. Also, like Fat Sand Rat, nobody has to call any episode, and people can just post whenever they want (besides me, who has to post on Sundays at 3:00 PM). The timeline will be based on the order of the projects posted, but i cannot guarantee the order will be the exact same. Projects posed can be of any genre, of any length. It has to be related to the army or the universe, or it will get removed. Yes, this is an attempt to make something like the Fat Sand Rat series, but not exactly Fat Sand Rat. so i gave ex a funny hat to distinguish him from the FSR one Yes Oscar is a weeb.
