Hi everyone. I made my scratch account after I coded a story in year 7 and I never expected so much to come from it. The first project I made with my account was big ted fight. A remix of the sans undertale fight but with my own teddy bear as the villain. Fun fact, nobody has ever beaten that game that I know of. Anyway, I coded some other basic things and got into this scratch Minecraft server called 'scratch civ'. Me and a friend who has now disappeared off the internet and I haven't seen for years, set up Oashia, a nation on the server and we had wars and all other kinds of crazy stuff. Those days are still some of my favorite scratch memories. Around this time I had made some basic animations such as the Tomato Movie trailer and I thought it was a good idea to adapt one of my comic book stories into a full length movie. Something I've discovered about myself through this website is that I don't do things by halves. If I want something to be done or if I have a dream, I do it. So despite my huge lack of animation skills and knowledge, I put together my first ever animated movie, Stickman and the Sinking Ship, and it was... pretty good, not great but I'm super happy with it. I like to call the days with Oashia and Stickman my 'golden age', its not when I got the most views or followers, but it is when I first found my true passion for just making things. Not too long after Stickman, I left a comment on a random scratchers 'rock paper scissors' project. And slowly but surely, I became great friends with that scratcher. His name? @bentshaggyoil . Recently, he's been away from scratch quite a lot, just like I have. He's growing up too and I wish him all the best in the future. We might not talk as much as we did a few years ago but he left an impact on my projects and my personality that I will never forget. (I always call spaghetti 'spagoot' now) After I found out about front page curation and got myself 'relatively famous' (by scratch standards at least) I made a few more projects I'm super proud of, those being; Minecraft Clicker, Never Gonna Give You Up MAP, Stickman episode 2 and Fat Man Run. Each project has their own story, I could talk a lot about the crazy updates I gave Minecraft clicker, the hype for stickman episode 2 or the fact that you can search 'never gonna give you up' on scratch and I'm the second result, but I won't. I'm just glad I joined scratch that 1st april. It's been the best introduction ever to the internet, showing me only the best of our online world. While it may not be good for things like getting views and followers, its great for building stories. I have so many memories and stories that I will remember for many a year. So many. Thank you, yes you, for everything. I'm eternally grateful and I will love you and you and you and you (x700) forever. With that, scratch on my fellow Scratchers!
