Once every year Red goes to this party celebration event thing (i honestly don't know) and I said that I'll sort out his costume. I had no clue who Niko was, so he drew it for me... That didn't make any more sense so i search it up. Hey, at least it isn't his Pokemon phase were he wanted to be Ceruledge (shudders in fear).
