9 Feb 2024: I made it to pick a random WCA ID 13 Jul 2024: I realised sometimes it picks the year 1988 but it should pick 1982, so I changed it 13 Oct 2024: The random chance of getting 1982 changes from (Year) - 2001 to (Year) - 2002, because between 2003 and 2024 there are 22 options, but if I do 2024-2003 it becomes 21, so takeaway 2002 instead. 3 mins l8r, wait there is another option, and that's 1982 so Ii changed it back
