Suomalainen Merirosvo TelevisioVerkko TV1 (or simply "SMTV TV1") was a Finnish pirate television channel, serving for most of the Jyväskylä region. It was forcefully shut down in April 1977, following the breach of piracy laws in Finland. The network broadcast mainly films and television, but even broadcasted some animated programs, those of which being taken from either YLE TV1 or TV2. Even their on-screen logo was a rip-off of YLE's ident at the time! [THIS IS ALL A WORK OF FICTION, OBVIOUSLY. THE COMPANY MENTIONED NEVER EXISTED!]
