In 1996, Zebra Communications was founded alongside with NOGA Communications and decided to merger. In November 1999, Its sister channels Luli and Hop! Parents are were launched. On March 10, 2005, Its another sister Channel Yaldut Israelit was launched in honor of the premiere of Shirei/Meshagey Yaldut Israelit, until August 1, 2007, it aired some Israeli children's direct-to-video and direct-to-DVD movies from PLAY Records, Clasikaletet, Parts of NMC United (Globus-United, MCI, and Hed Arzi), Our Theater (HaTeatron Shelanu), and All the Festigals shows, and live shows and plays from Maor Maimon Productions, Maayan Zellner Productions, Haverim Productions, Misgav Ori Productions, Solan Productions and Jochelman-Asher Productions, and in summer 2012, WIZ and Pele are were launched, and in 2018, another sister channel Hop! Retro was launched.
