NOTES: This is the first in a line of games I'm putting out that focus on working faster online than my earlier ones did. By cutting down hard on the length of individual scripts, this game actually runs faster online than on my hard drive. Must be a quirk of this site's compiler. The green box in the upper right corner is your radar, even though it dosen't show enemies. I actually put it in to help me coordinate the scrolling of the sprites. The box indicates where in the field you're screen is. The spinning lines helped me by acting as a performance indicator, showing how fast everything was running to guide me. I just colored them and left them in the game for the effect. Hope you like them! Also, (in case you were wondering why you can wail away at that tiny little freighter and not kill it for anything) The program diminishes the enemies' health only when they're touching the grey portion of the crosshair. Oddly enough, certain parts of the gun in the lower portion of the screen are the same color...
