First, find a project that has an empty layer in the back. (Click) Make a new layer at the bottom. You can make the background/that layer any color. (Click) Equip the light pen, and put it at its highest transparency and size. (Click) Get the color that you want the gradient to be. (Click) Make the color darker since the light brush will automatically make it lighter that the original color. (Click) Take the light pen, and make a straight line like this. (Click) This is optional, but turn your screen sideways. (Click) Make the light pen light huge and have the white part of it disappear from the screen. (Click) once you’ve made it big enough, the white will be gone, and you’ll be left with a pretty gradient background from the colored light. (Click) your done, enjoy!
