Okay so I'm doing this thing where you fill out a form (form will be in notes and credits, just copy and paste it and fill it out) and I will make a oc for you I will tell you all the stuff you need for the oc, then when I'm done making it (I won't make it right away it might be a few days) I will tell you and then there you have a new oc, you can do whatever you want with them when I tell you I'm done :]
