Cipher and his siblings were raised by a multitude of different babysitters given their parents were too busy working to spend time with them, spending any spare attention to only their eldest daughter. Dispite their lack of attention, Cipher's parents expected their children to follow in their footsteps strictly, demanding high expectations out of every single one of them. Cipher and his younger sibling, however, both found their own unique passions. Cipher's being in Chemistry, and his sibling having a grand green thumb in plants. As thus, his parents ignored him and his sibling, only paying mind to the rest of their children if at all. Then, once Cipher turned 18 offically, they booted him out with a few bucks and a suitcase of clothes, and left him to survive on his own.] --- Meme Story: [When Cipher was only 19, he got hired into a small scientific company owned by a slightly shady CEO. As he slowly spent more time, he grew very close to his boss and one of his co-workers, both helping him to graduate a year long collage course. Soon enough, by the time he was only 21, he was the boss's right hand man, and an amazing worker at that. However, as Cipher would learn, it would have terrible consequences. One day, his boss let him in on all of the results of his hard work, the dark side to the company. Experiments on living creatures, just like him. Cipher panicked, which led his boss to realize he was most likely to spill the dark secrets, leading him to attack and trap Cipher. However, as the months and experiments flew by, Cipher's close friend and co-worker was also captured. They spent their time just talking and comforting eachother, day after day. Just as all was decent once more, the CEO took Cipher's friend off for a long while, leading Cipher to believe he was gone. On that same moment, he realized the bars keeping him in his cell were loose, managing to break out of them and finally escaped the building. Once more, with nothing to his name except his life and clothes.] --- End Art Story: [ Extra parts in Notes + Credits ] [After his escape, he was heavily excluded in his own town given his new spikes and scales on his back and tail, being labeled as a unnatural hybrid. He grew frustrated and alone, his fur growing out over the years he was practically homeless for. However, one day, a plant shop keeper, named Muriel, pitied him and offered him a place to stay if he helped with at shop, which he hesitantly accepted. At first he helped with planting and the dirty work, and overall the things most of the other workers didn't want to do. After nearly a full year at the shop, he slowly trusted again and finally grew the courage to meet the other workers. To his slight surprise, they all mostly welcomed him with open arms dispite his oddities. He also quickly realized one of his new co-workers was actually his younger sibling, which he was overjoyed to finally see again. As the years went by, and his fur and spiked grew larger and messier, his co-workers and found family helped him keep up with healthier habits and a more balenced life style. Now adays, he still keeps to the back and tends to planting, but is much more social to his found family/Co-Workers/Muriel[Mother figure]. He had also learned a healthier way to express his love of chemistry by making plant growth serums, fertilizer, and more using different chemicals and materials. He always has one specific one by his side however, being a sentient venus fly trap he calls Venus.] --- [I do also plan another entry much closer to due date, also being an animation + art at the end.
