——————————-Chapter 1——————————Eaglesight leaped on a tall rock, showing his little kits--Snowykit, Specklekit, and Eclipsekit--how it was done. _____"Wow Daddy!" Exclaimed Snowykit,"That was awesome! I wanna try! I wanna try!" Snowykit bounced up and down, trying to get to the top of the rock. _____Eaglesight smiled at his kits. “Here’s how to do it,” He started, crouching, pushing off the ground, going forward, his paws outstretched. He landed on the rock neatly. ____His kits all tried. Snowykit tried, but landed face first on the rock. Eclipsekit missed the rock, and almost crashed into a warrior. Specklekit made it, but wobbled and fell back down. Eaglesight winced, hoping they weren’t hurt, but the kits all stood up, chanting in sync,“Again! Again! Again! Again!” _____As the sun went down, Eaglesight’s mate, Falconfeather, came up to him. ____The kits were piling on top of each other, trying to get on top of the other to get up the rock. It wasn’t working. “Aww what are they doing?” Falconfeather asked, smiling at their kits. _____Eaglesight thought for a moment, then leaned his head on Falconfeather’s shoulder and whispered,“Becoming MountainClan warriors.” _____As the stars came out, Moonstar looked up. Something was wrong. The stars looked cold and distant. _____Suddenly, a voice whispered in her head,“Tomorrow the sun will not return, there will be no ‘good day’ anymore.
