She loved going to gatherings and meeting toms her age from other clans (none of the WillowClan toms were interested in her because they were all obsessed with WillowClan's newest addition, Bella, a beautiful she-cat and former kittypet who was training to be WillowClan's next med cat.) Shortly after Poppyheart became a warrior, StreamClan was attacked by a group of hostile rouges. During the battle, Poppyheart was nearly killed by a rouge, but Rainstep saved her and she soon developed a crush on him even though he was several seasons older than her. Poppyheart tried to flirt with him sometimes, but Rainstep seemed to have no interest in being in a relationship (in truth, Rainstep is actually unable to father kits because he's a male tortoiseshell.) Poppyheart's friends told her it was no use trying to get Rainstep to like her, so after a few moons, she gave up on him and tried to to find a new love interest. She decided on Mallowheart, a strong, decent warrior and the brother of StreamClan's medicine cat, Moonwatcher. He was younger than Rainstep and also happened to be single. But whether or not he wants to be Poppyheart's boyfriend remains to be seen... Side note: I'm also likely to make her friends with Dan, but she doesn't fall in love with him because he already has a mate.
