WASD controls to move. Hold "R" to run from battles (Right now that is the only option xD) Click The buttons on the bottom to change between Build mode and Play mode (Party option isn't available... yet) Hold "E" to use the eraser Scroll the bar at the top to change the chances of getting an attack (0- inevitable, 10- Normal, 90- Rare, 100- Attacks Disabled) By the way, if your having troubles placing objects, be sure that you aren't clicking an empty space, so you mouse cursor should be hovering over part of the object. There is a secret easter egg if you can reach 500 coins ;)
As of right now, you cannot change your party or actually fight enemies.
