Basically you can make elements form the periodic table, from hydrogen-1 (1 proton) to germanium-74 (32 protons and 42 neutrons). press 2 to get a neutron (need an up quark and 2 down quarks) hydrogen-3 decays into helium-3, speed depends on time warp slider that's pretty much it for now
