Cloudkeeper was formed when the war of sth began. When the old Wave Watcher (lol good luck finding out what that is) was unalived by fire, the smoke created Cloudkeeper. He now live in the sky, almost never coming down. He only comes down when there is REALLY thick fog, after some rain, this is why in some places he is almost completely forgotten, hence the name of the song in the project. He prefers to be alone, like most things in the Realms of XYZ (I forgor the name). He has little control over the weather but there are still stories of Cloudkeeper make extreme storms.
