☆ TOP - Open Palette OC MAP ☆ ★ CONTENTS ★ ⇒ What is a MAP? ⇒ Notes ⇒ Rules ⇒ Forms ⇒ Parts ⇒ Credits ★ What is a MAP? ★ A MAP is a Multi-Animator Project. Different people can claim different parts to animate. All of the parts will be put together into one animation at the end! ★ NOTES ★ ⇒ All levels of animators welcome! (beginner friendly) ⇒ Click to see the character palette ⇒ The overall theme is that the characters are reaching for their goals or greatness ⇒ 200 FOLLOWERS YAA LET'S GOOOO!! (thanks to @Specklewillow for being my 200th follower) ⇒ Ugh spelled palette wrong in the thumb :| ★ RULES ★ ⇒ 3 parts per person MAX ⇒ FOLLOW THE PALETTE! You can change it up slightly, but don't stray too far from the base colors. ⇒ MAKE YOUR PART A REMIX PLEASE! ⇒ Feel free to do AMV, PMV, and/or lineart! ⇒ You have 2 weeks to complete a part. If you need more time, post a WIP to get a 1 week extension. Further extensions can be negotiated. ⇒ Use your OCs! It doesn't matter if they're human, cat, dragon, etc. ⇒ There is no script, just follow the lyrics (look them up if you need) ⇒ The length of the parts ranges ⇒ C0d3word is "kpop" or "SKZ" (hide it well in a sentence) ⇒ All art MUST be yours. Tracing, recoloring, stealing, or use of AI will get you removed from the MAP. ⇒ Please don't use "forever" or "stop all" blocks ⇒ Label sprite/messages ⇒ All animating must be in a sprite - DO NOT USE THE BACKDROPS! Max of 1 sprite per part. ⇒ Have the intro say something like "TOP (Eng Ver.) - A Complete Map" and "Hosted by @Skyfire_of_PlantClan". The outro should fade out or conclude the MAP in some way. No need to worry about adding a place for participants' usernames, I'll take care of that! ⇒ You don't have to use both character palettes - there are just two in case you want to use two OCs or you like one palette more than the other. ⇒ Try to keep the background simple so that it flows between parts easily! Also, making endings that could easily transition into a new part is recommended (but not required). ⇒ The background color is suggested to be a shade of gray, black (unless your lineart is black), red, or blue. White can also be used for contrast if wanted. ⇒ If you have any questions, ask!
