Welcome, to the Scratch The Voice, a competitive singing series, anyone can enter. But only one will be "The Voice". /////////////////////////////////////READ ME//////////////////////////////////////// *Press Button* We welcome you to the first ever Sign-Ups, PLEASE READ ALL OF THE RULES, YOUR ENTRY WILL NOT COUNT IF YOU FAIL TO READ EVERYTHING. INSTRUCTIONS: ~ Record you singing in the labeled recording in the Microphone sprite. ~ Share project and give credit. /////////////////////////////////////RULES////////////////////////////////// - For Song- ~ You may choose to sing only a piece of your chosen song, but it must be at least 30 seconds of you singing. (You have an option to sing the whole song) ~ You may choose any song, as long as it is clean. You may sing anything, pop, country, classical, etc. You also have an option to sing a religious song if you wish. You may even sing your own song that you wrote! But if you do, remember to say so in the Notes and Credits. ~ If possible, PLEASE sing to a karaoke video on YouTube, do NOT sing on any karaoke websites or apps where it is possible to edit your voice. ~ Do NOT sing to any videos where somebody is already singing the song. We want to hear YOUR voice and ONLY your voice! -For Groups- ~ If you enter as a group, Please know that the limit of people for a group is five people. You must have at least two people to be considered a group in this competition. ~ If you are a group PLEASE say so in the notes or description of your project! ~ You have to know each other in person to be able to be a group together. ~ It is ok to have people in your group that do not have an account on scratch. ~ DON'T forget to name your group if you are one! -For Project- ~ We have decided to let everyone change their entry's design in some way except for the microphone and "The Voice" ribbon. ~ Be completely respectful of others' Entries. ~ Do NOT state which Judge you want to get, anywhere! (See Judge Rules) -For Judges- ~ After February 1st, The Judges will look at all of the entries, after that is done, if you have an offer to be on a Judge's team, that's the one that you will be part of! ~ If you get more than one offer, you will have to pick one, choose wisely! And PLEASE don't choose your Judge by their popularity level! ~ Once you pick a Judge, you can NOT drop back out of that Team!
