If you can't read the text in the 'Other' menu, here it is: Keegan is unnaturally shy, and has been mocked as a child because of this reason. He used to live in Aforas, but has moved to Orely to mine for ores and minerals.
Fun Fact: Keegan means "Small and fiery, bright flame" in Celtic Song is 'Celebi's Waltz' from a particular mod for a particular game :)
