I know I'm currently hosting a DMC, but that one was kind of a trial run, so I wanted to start again and try a few things differently. This is a DMC for one of my favourite OCs. Refs for different outfits/emotions inside. Feel free to take a little creative freedom, but please keep the main idea of the design. Rowan should still be recognizable. Here's a brief description of the world she's from: All people are divided into covens. The covens are: Water Coven(who controls everything) Fire Coven Air Coven Earth Coven Shadow Coven(the most powerful) (illegal) Each coven has a leader and a second. A mage is someone who specializes in a certain kind of magic. Usually, a mage would join their corresponding coven, although in some cases there is an exception, usually Shadow Coven. Shadow Coven is different because rather than a different type of magic, they have a different method of doing magic. Shadow Coven magic is more confrontational than other covens, and they are as skilled in regular combat as in magical combat.
The entries are due by April 30th, 2024. Entries will not be accepted if they are not in the studio by the due date. Please read everything. It is all important. Rules: 1. no stolen or AI art. Must be your original work. Reference pictures are allowed, but only for poses and expressions, since I know how hard those are. All finished work must be different from the reference picture, though. 2. No tracing 3. No putting down other's work. If you want to be a judge, comment 'pg'. You can still enter if you're a judge. Prizes: 1st place: follow from all judges 2nd place: follow from 3/4 of judges 3rd place: follow from 1/2 of judges honourable mentions: follow from 1/4 of judges Please note that prizes may change depending on the number of people, and judges.
