Quibblepops the Pipsqueak Barpooligrumper is an unknown type of "HiggleBum HigHog" (The Original Clan and not the 2020 Thriller movie based off of the Clan) member that had been in several different incidents and wars in the land where Fibbleton and Grinto usually live. He was behind the private production of Barpoolipop, a mysterious soda given out to other members of the HiggleBum HigHog Clan. It is unknown where the batches, manufacturing, the Fugglesquimping process, or even the food's contents are as the production of these soda's are very private and members of the clan even said that he only sold it at very long times, which makes it even more elusive. The soda dosent even read out how many grams are listed, as only the word "Barpoolipop" are noted. The can however is larger than a can of Coca-Crilisplumps but shorter than a can of RedTropple Energy. Quibblepops usually has an interest in Blinker Fluid and its history, and members even said that he drinks blinker fluid, even more than his own soda. When the New Years incident occured, where one of the gunshots fired by the men in charge, had shot it to a location of a park where it would presumably shoot anywhere off the humans. Timmy had been shot by one of the bullets and 20 minutes later, the Higglebum HigHop clan had stolen his body and members would say that they toke the body of Timmy to the Pooliplops Room, where bodies of several victims of many incidents are being held by needles and live in that room for a period of 1000 years, which it can be protected thanks to "The Victims Spirits". Quibblepops was also in charge of this stunt and members had rumoured that he poured blinker fluid all over the victims, which he would say it would prolong the spirit's time so that they could protect the room by any danger. Quibblepops is quite a mysterious man. kind of like the creator of Barpoolipop, or the man in charge of the Pooliplops Room. Who made both of those things, I forgot.
