foxus bulblight is a creature that uses its bulb from the stem to emit lightning. if the stem is cut off from the creature, it will have 4 hours to live and without its stem, it will die and rot. the bulb inside contains a chemical “luciferin” what fireflies have. the creature can be a pet in the 1979 but it’s protected by the Fish and Wildlife Act of 1956 which can only be a pet on California. in most places, it is illegal to kill, cut stems, and keep them as pets because it is protected under the Fish and Wildlife Act of 1956. the person who broke these laws of Fish and Wildlife Act of 1956 will fine $500,000 and 2 years on prison. the bulb itself can light up if it’s dark or in a dark place or itself. this creature can be used as a light source.
