Strengths and Weaknesses: His Thunder Screw is strong against Ice Mortimer and Bubble SpongeBob. Water is a very good conductor of electricity. On the other hand, he is weak to Cut Garfield's Lasagna Cutter because it can cut wires and also Quick Koopa's Shell Dash because Quick Man was originally designed to be an improvement of Elec Man or something like that...or just cuz Quick Koopa could outrun Elec Cookie's attacks. Whatever. Story: Elec Cookie was based on Elec Man and Elec Skelly. Elec Cookie has a bit of a wisecracking/sardonic side to him like the real Cookie Masterson. He often mocks Elec Man's arrogance, much to the annoyance of Elec Man and to the humor of Elec Skelly. When Jack's Crossover Masters were taken by Dr. Wily, Elec Cookie became aggressive and bitter. After being tracked down ad defeated by Mega Man and pals, Elec Cookie was returned to normal.
