Element(s): Sky, Sea Number: 40 Entry by @objectshow87 (I did some minor edits): Rourus is a Sea, Sky Element first found a month after the first Rukon was. It was a dash of luck that a random person who was out during the rain found it. this Rukon seems to help those in need in the rain by giving them berries and a small shelter in the trees. As soon as he finishes helping he disappears no one knows why it helps us it just does.
