ok i used the sensing block 'open a browser with url had it ask you where you wanted to go and you just had to answer that by typing in a website and then bam you are there. when you click on the scratch icon click on the extra scratch that pops up in the window. i used the time/date sensing block for the time just put you mouse over the top of it. download this and look at the scripts
