If you obtain any of my art or designs, you must agree to and follow my terms of service. However, the rules in the 'in general' section apply to everyone, so I would appreciate it if you looked at those. In general: - Don't heavily reference, copy, trace, repost, or claim my art, animations, designs, or characters are of your own creation. The only exception to this is if you are referencing my art or animations to study it without posting it online. - Don't use these my art, characters, or designs to promote any kind of hate or for anything inappropriate. - If you have any questions about anything, feel free to ask Regarding my art: - Don't use my art without permission unless it was made specifically for you or it is of a character you currently have. - Always ask before using any of my art/animations for anything unless the art is specifically made for you. - Don't use my art unless I made it specifically for you. - Don't attempt remove my watermark/signature. - Don't use my art to train AI or anything like that. - Don't use my art for commercial uses (selling stuff featuring my art or anything where you make money from my art). Regarding my designs: - You may do anything you want with my designs, as long as you aren’t promoting anything hateful, dangerous, harmful, or heavily inappropriate. - Co-owning my designs is allowed as long as it was planned before obtaining the design (no asking dta winners if you could co-own if you didn’t place or anything like that). - You may resell without permission (but I would like you to tell me who you resold it to). it is highly recommended that you give this TOS to whoever you resell to though! - If I feel uncomfortable with you having my designs, I will reserve the right to revoke it from you. However, you will get a reason/explanation as well as compensation if needed (most likely in the form of art of your characters). This will likely not happen though! Thanks for reading my TOS!
