I know, I know, I've already entered. Well, what happened was I made my first entry before two things happened: I learned Marcus' backstory, and I got a drawing tablet. I unshared the old one, and this is the one I want to be in the contest. No, he isn't ACTUALLY being watched by a giant eye. It a metaphor for how, even though he knows he's safe on his medicine, he still feels haunted by his past and is constantly paranoid and nervous.
