The anime/manga is called Bounty!: The Hunter Within! It's about a boy named Arin Suzuki who hated his life until one day, when he was 8, his dad went missing and strange things began to happen. Arin got special goggles that can make him invisible and go through walls. At the age of 13, people get chosen to become the next bounty hunter. Even though the rules require him to go on a bounty alone, he is gonna find friends on the way to his bounty!
