HEY, GUYS! I’m bored, so I made a MAP! Now onto the details! +————————————-+ FULL TITLE: YEAR 3000-OPEN FUTURE-THEMED OC MAP!! +————————————-+ I’ve noticed that this year, we’ve really only been running on nostalgia.. this year has been pretty quiet announcement-wise.. so I thought it would be a good idea to make a map where we focus on the future! Now, you may be asking, “ wait, if we’ve been running on nostalgia, then why is this future-themed?” Well, people have been making predictions about the future since.. well… always. They probably made predictions the second humans got yeeted onto earth! (But we’ll never know XD) so, instead of focusing on the past or present, we focus on what could happen! Like, maybe a full on robot war will happen, or someone will figure out how to make real lightsabers and we all become Jedi’s… or it doesn’t even have to be futuristic like that, you could predict that we turned away from technology and relied on nature again, or we became a sort of society like we see in Avatar: world of pandora! Or you can use a fandom! But a futuristic one, like Star Wars, doctor who (I mean they’re time traveling, right?), marvel, or any other ones you can thing of! Go wild! It can be whatever you like! +—————————————+ FORM: Username (w/ an @) // part(s) you want // fandom(s)/oc(s) // your main oc’s ref (for something later hehe)// questions, comments, concerns? +—————————————+ Now the title and Thumbnail say it’s an “OC MAP”, but, like I said before, you can use fandoms! Or put your oc in one of those fandoms! Just think of all the possibilities! +————————————-+ What’s an “OC MAP?”: Well, to start off, OC stands for “own character” or “original character”! These are characters that a certain person made that is THEIRS! It belongs to them. And MAP means multi animator project. Which means that multiple people take different parts of a song (or some people do ones with memes/vines) and animate it! And when they’re all done the host puts all the part together and it’s like one big music video! It’s kind of like being in an animation studio, everyone does a part of the movie! +————————————-+ RULES!: - NO guilt tripping! It won’t be that hard to get accepted! This map is for all experience levels! You can be a new animator, or one that’s been doing it for multiple years! Skill doesn’t matter to me! What just matters is the quality. Did you put work into this? Are you satisfied with it? Stuff like that. - DO NOT ANIMATE IN THE BACKDROPS! It makes it harder to put your part in! If you animate in the backdrops, I’ll ask you to fix it! If you can’t fix it, I’ll let someone else take your part! But if anyone does animate in the backdrops, they still put work into it. So I might put the parts that use backdrops I’m after the map, like as honorable mentions! So people can still see your hard work! - Be nice I’m general. No one likes a bully. If someone’s part seems “bad” to you, don’t say a mean thing, you could give them tips on how to make it better! Or just don’t say anything. - MUST FILL OUT THE FORM! C’mon guys! You guys know the drill! I won’t accept you unless you fill out the form! Even if you are a friend and I’ve looked at your art a couple hundred times, I’ll still need to see some ID. - HAVE FUN!! Ah, the most important rule of all, I DONT WANNA SEE PEOPLE SLAVING OVER HAVING TO DO A PART! If you can’t finish on time, just let me know! And if you have to drop, I’ll let you! I’m not mean! I know what it’s like to have art to do and no time to finish it!
