There are rules here: 1. this is the 1980s so, be less futuristic 2. you can only play in red areas 3. yes, alts are allowed but they're only additional territories 4. you can exploit a colony but dont exploit it too much 5. also, do not even try to break the rules cuz you can get banned or fall into hands of another country/colony of a country
