To gain some money to keep himself alive he started doing street fights, quickly growing a sum of money to keep him alive for a few months. At the age of 11, he was taken into one of the richer families of District 2 and trained to be the perfect image for them. Long story short they were the worst family ever and always pushed down Loki's emotions until one year he divided to volunteer for the games to gain her dignity back and to maybe receive the smallest bit of love from her adoptive family.
