joe must escape from the government into bolivia after accidentally committing several crimes
Information about Bolivia: Bolivia is quite the funky little silly place, but this game is very inaccurate, there are references to the actual history and culture, however, so we will list them here. The helicopter scene in which Joe evades the Chilean government, is a reference to the fact that Bolivia's coastline was actually taken by Chile for various reasons. The wrestling scene where our "hero," Joe, fights off the Hulk, is actually a reference to the Bolivian tradition of Cholita wrestling, in which a woman in a traditional Bolivian outfit fights off a villainous man. Now the currency here in Bolivia is the Boliviano, which Joe here is after. But Joe's particular jobs are a little sketchy, as the coast is no longer part of Bolivia, and the wrestling event was probably set up by a devious businessman.
