THIS PROJECT HAS REACHED LOADING CAPACITY, NEW SPRITES WILL BE ADDED TO https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/955395049/ IF ANY SPRITES ARE GRAY SQUARES WITH QUESTION MARKS, KEEP RELOADING THE PAGE UNTIL THEY LOAD CORRECTLY! feel free to use these but make sure to credit the artist, crediting me is optional because these are super easy to rip! By the way, the reason why these are all green is that Doomguy's (SRB2 is built off Doom, remember?) suit is green, which can be recolored for multiplayer, because of this, green is the standard color to have replaced with your character's custom color, whether that's their normal color in singleplayer or a custom color in multiplayer.
vanilla sprites: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/642577877 I'll take requests for more sprites to rip in the comments! SRB2 2.2, pre-2.2, SRB2Kart, anything! HOW TO RIP SPRITES: STEP 1: Download SLADE https://slade.mancubus.net/index.php?page=downloads STEP 2: Open the mod file that you want to rip from (vanilla character sprites are stored in the player.dta file in the SRB2 folder! I think most other sprites are in srb2.pk3) STEP 3: In the top right corner of SLADE, switch the Palette to "Sonic Robo Blast 2" for SRB2 2.2 Sprites (and SRB2Persona, I think), or "Sonic Robo Blast 2 (legacy)" for ripping pre-2.2 or SRB2Kart sprites. STEP 4: In SLADE, find the folder that has the character's sprites in it, it'll usually be named "Sprites" or the name of the character. Open that folder! STEP 5: Select all of the sprites that you want to export! (Click the first file, then shift click the last file. those files and all the ones in between should be highlighted blue, that means they're selected!) STEP 6: Right click the files you've selected to bring up a popup, then hover over "Graphics" at the bottom of it. This opens another popup to the right of it, where you need to select "Export as PNG". STEP 7: You'll be prompted to choose where to save the sprites, and once you do that then you're done! just be aware that every frame will be exported as a separate image, so you should probably put these in their own folder!
