This includes the rules.** ~ **If you are going to enter pls expect that if you get the role, you'll need to be prepared to be able to record lines on time for each chapter. I am fairly flexible w/ the actual line deadlines unlike this audition, so don't feel pressured by this. But I do want to see that you have the commitment to be able to manage your time and get your lines done on time.** ~ Hiya! This is the auditions project for an Eternal Apprentice Comic Dub. Not the OG tho, btw. ~ Rules- - Must be your own voice! No AI! - You can enter for more than one character, but you can only get *one* role! (this may change depending on how many entries there are, but as of now, only 1 role per person) - You must submit by the deadline!! I will not give an extra day for late entries because that is unfair for people who may have taken shortcuts to get it done on time, and the deadline is mentioned here in caps lock, so please plan how you will do it before that deadline. - Your entry *must* be a remix. I don't think I'll be able to remember all the additional people who linked their entries to me instead of remixing. You *can* link your entry if you want to, but don't rely just on that, bc I will be checking https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/951860748/remixtree/ to review your entries. - Pls be supportive of other people and use common sense. Remember that this is not a competition, but a collaborative project where I'm looking for VAs (voice actors). So pls don't take this as a "you "win" the role or you "lose" sort of thing because it is not. This is not an OTA/DTA/whatev competition, not a freebie event nor a raffle- ppl who enter for this are genuienly committed for the role. /nm - No guilt-tripping. Everything below this is optional to read, but I'd appreciate if you'd still stick around before asking questions or just read more if you're still confused on something. ~ Notes to clarify things: - This is auditions for the **entire** timeline of StarClan in EA, which means we won't be needing new VAs for a while, not until the Goldenpaw/Hazepaw/Cobweb flashback chapters, which is another timeline, and y'all know that won't be until like chapter 20 or something. - Not everybody will get the role, but if there are many entries I liked, then there will be *backups*. Those are people who in case the main actor quits the role or goes inactive, will get the role afterwards. If there are little entries, there'll probably be no backups. But if there are overload entries, there will probably be backups, maybe even second backups for the main roles. - For now I'll be pinging everybody on the results, since I'm not expecting too many entries. *But*, if this somehow gets blown up, I'll need people's help pinging lol. I'll get more into this later if it comes to that, dw about it. - The old VAs for @EADubbed are still able to audition & I will notify them that this exists in case they want to submit their old entry, but they are not guaranteed to get the role again since this is a whole new thing. Also, if you auditioned for @EADubbed's auditions, feel free to re-submit your old audition, but I'd prefer if you re-recorded for accuracy. :) ~ Frequently Asked Questions: Q: What is this? A: These are the voice auditions for Eternal Apprentice Comic Dub I'm working on, a version of Eternal Apprentice but with voiceover and sometimes sound effects. Eternal Apprentice is a warrior cat fanfic comic series by @MeadowFoot_ToPH. This is a casting call for the characters that will appear in StarClan. Q: How do I enter? A: Interact w/ the project to see the lines you need to record for each character. Pick any characters(s) you would like to try out for, record those lines, and once you're done, you can remix this project so that I can see them. Keep in mind, the lines you record will not be in the actual comic dub unless you are accepted as a VA (voice actor) for it, but it is just to give me an idea of how you sound like and to find out whether you fit the role well. Q: How do you select the roles? A: Once it is the day of the deadline, I will close this and *once I have time*, I will look through all the entries. In about 1 week (hopefully less), I will post the results which will announce who gets what character. I'm warning you now, pls don't get too hyped over this bc you will get pretty disappointed if you don't get the role. Remember that I won't view your entry until the deadline, which is the deadline for all of the entries. In order to avoid confusion, you will know that I know your entry exists by seeing that I liked/hearted it.
