[closed] >> redesign contest! ———— - katrose hi! here’s a redesign contest, I’m mostly hosting this to see if anyone would be interested in joining things like this haha :) ——— ✦ >> how to enter remix this project with your redesign! I’ll love and favorite all entries to let you know I’ve seen them, if I haven’t and I’ve been active please remind me ^^ you won’t be receiving the design as a prize if you win, I’ll be keeping it and giving you a different prize ——— ✦ >> rules (please read) [!] due date: February 1st, 12:00 am cdt please only enter if you’ve been granted an extension from now on (look in the list in the notes & credits) - remix so that it can be counted! this is required - please make sure if you look at both your redesign and the original you can see at least a little resemblance - at the same time please don’t only change something very, very little (like only the shapes of the sprinkles) about the design and just submit that as your entry :’) - it’d be preferred to keep the same colors in general, but you can change them a bit or introduce some new accent colors! - you can submit up to 2 redesigns - you can do on-base redesigns, although I might give more points if it’s off base - you can species bend it to a human or anthro, but I’d prefer anthros and ferals to be only felines or canines - please don’t do anything else than redesign, this is /not/ a dta or dmc where you have to draw the character in the project [!] note: I’ll be keeping all redesigns (no exceptions) ——— ✦ >> prize(s) ! - 1st: 1 fully rendered halfbody or a hq off-base custom new prize for 1st: 1 fully rendered full or a hq off-base custom - 2nd: 1 fully rendered bust or an mq on-base custom new prize for 2nd: 1 fully rendered halfbody or a hq on-base custom - all participants (excluding 1st & 2nd placers and anyone not following the rules): 1 quick doodle bust/headshot (flatcolor) goals: ☒ I’ll add a 2nd place if there’s atleast 5 entries! ☒ I’ll give a (tiny) prize for everyone participating if there’s at least 10 entries ☒ I’ll raise 1st and 2nd prizes up a bit if there’s at least 15 entries ——— ✦ >> tips - putting effort into it - adding more/different patterns than the original - adding accessories (please lol) - changing up the tail, ears, fur length, etc. ———— have fun + maybe consider entering :)
