Just a vector of a soviet Polikarpov Po-2 one of the slowest, but surprisingly incredibly useful Bi-planes of WWII (I may share one of the (in my opinion anyway) coolest uses of this plane another time.) Click the plane while on the ground to change its angle. Click the button on the top right to view the flying animation, or return to the ground sprite. Feel free to use without credit and modify as you wish (the flying plane and landed plane are two separate sprites, so be sure to nab both if you need them.) Should I do more drawings like this? If there's any interest I would love to try and create more sprites like these to share.
This is just something I put together today. I've still got the other project I'm working on, I've not had much time to work on it because life has been busy lately. For the day night cycle while viewing the flying animation, there may be a few visual delays or errors, there's not a whole bunch I can do at this moment about that, so I just ask you kinda look past those. Any visual oddities with the Po-2 itself are likely due to scratch, and how it doesn't seem to like to show shapes properly (at least in my experience). However if I missed any details (I,e, weld lines, or supports) please tell me, as I do want to try and be as detailed as possible but unfortunately was only able to see so much through very pixelated images. It feels weird posting a silent project, but I don't have any music or audio that would feel fitting, at the moment. (I'm really proud of how the spotlights turned out)
