SPOILER ALERT!!!!!! Hello! So, here you can see the reasons that show why I support Sokeefe and not Sophitz. So in book one, I am ashamed to admit that I shipped Dexphie. So yah. Book 2 was when I actually started shipping Sokeefe and disliking Sophitz. First of all, in book 1, it barely had Keefe in it so in book 2 I realized that him and Sophie would make a great couple. He was nice, funny, and had great hair. But I didn't really have a problem with Fitz until Alden's mind broke. When Alden's mind broke and Sophie couldn't fix it yet, Fitz started treating Sophie like SHE was the one who PURPOSELY broke Alden's mind, even though she did nothing and tried to help him. Fitz was acting rude, and you should treat no one like that, much less a girlfriend. Then there was Keefe, being there for her and helping her feel better when Fitz hurt her feelings. Also, the FLIGHT SCENE. Like omigosh. That was the sweetest scene EVER. Did Fitz and Sophie ever have a scene like that? Like, only once, and then it got interrupted by a pregnant alicorn. So, in the next few books I didn't really have a HUGE problem with Sophitz, though I was still crossing my fingers for Sokeefe. Then THEE 8TH BOOK. That's when I started not disliking, but HATING Sophitz. When Sophie finds out that she's unmatchable, because she doesn't know who her biological parents are, she confronts Fitz. He tells her that they can't be together unless she is matchable, because he cares about is popularity more than Sophie. So, for him Sophie does her very best to find her biological parents. While doing so, she takes time off her more important missions, like defeating the Neverseen, to find them. When she finally finds that her biological mother is Oralie, she decided that it was too much to emotionally handle, and she didn't want to go through the same process again, finding her real dad. She is nervous to confront Fitz, because she knows that, from experience, that he has major anger issues. Once she does confront him, as expected he doesn't take it well. He gets very angry and tells her that if she doesn't find her dad, they're relationship was over. Finally, Sophie acts smart and lays her foot down, for once thinking of herself before Sophitz. Yay! They broke up! From then on, Sophie and Fitz have been sort of tenser with each other, even as friends. Then book 9, chapter 22, and 23, when Ro helped Sophie realize that Keefe could be more than a friend. Of course, who could forget the amazing chapter 42, when they finally kissed. I also feel like Sophie has always been so tense around Fitz; she was always worried if she said or did something wrong. But around Keefe, she was always relaxed and happy. I also think that Keefe just has a better personality than Fitz. Fitz has anger issues, and sure, when he's not angry he's nice, but really he's nothing special. Keefe, however, has a great personality. He's smart, funny, and really sweet. Also, when Sophie enters Fitz's mind, she sees what he wants her to be- and what he wants her to be is some perfect, completely different girl. Keefe likes her just the way she is. This is why I support Sokeefe. I hope you agree with me. ( P.S. Ice blue is a way better colour than teal. Just saying.) (P.P.S. Fitz Avery Vacker = Ritz Savory Cracker, FITZ throws lots of FITS)
