recently hit 100+ on this account. feels kinda weird to celebrate the same thing twice hfjdkhg OTA stands for offer to adopt, you basically offer things i want for a design and if i accept and you complete payments you get the design RULES: - no thievery(bases, stolen art, tracing, picrew(and similar), ai stuff, etc) - onbase customs and premades are fine, just make sure you credit who made the base/design - you get a month to finish payments(not strict about it, but if you have to take longer please lmk) - your offer has to be accepted+payments finished before the design is yours - dont make payments if you're offer hasnt been accepted - once the design is yours you can do whatever you want with it(barring stuff thats like. illegal), just credit at least once(especially on like, a ref type thing) and dont claim you made the original design - you have to use the form, i do not have enough brain energy to correct people with stuff and will not accept if you dont use the form designs: 1 - open 2 - pending @Natsukichan123455 3 - pending @cs5033246 4 - pending @NightCloudAnimations 5 - open 6 - closed @Pikaspark178 i want: - art - designs mostly want art though :p i DONT want(i will not accept if you offer any of these): - ref sheets - icons/pfps - currency of any kind
