So in case you can't tell what's going on, the cat in the beginning is Goldenfrost, who rules this dystopia-land, and the cat whose head is flying around is Midnight, who is the leader of a rebellion that's trying to kill Goldenfrost, and she pretends to be sympathethic to their cause, but then she throws of her cape, revealing her true identity, and then she kills Midnight.
