As the name suggests, there are 20 of these weapons in this group. Each weapon is unique ranging from simple weapons from swords and axes to unusual ones like giant chakram and diabolos. Each of these weapons each has a unique ability. They each fit into these categories: Support, Harmful, Passive, Death. Example: Defensive ability - Blinds Enemy Harmful ability - Spews out fire Passive Ability - Increases User's Speed Death - Death As you may have noticed, the fourth category, Death is a bit unsettling. This category is unique to only one weapon as of now, the strongest. The person and weapon with the highest ranking's (ranking will be explained later) weapon's unique ability will be overrided with the ability, Death. This ability will instantly kill a person when near/half fatal damage is dealt to the person. However, you do not need to worry about the wielder of this weapon's ability for reason's stated later. Another unique property of these weapons is that it will shift into the user's preference/personality. Example: A person specializing in Atherian tech (OOC: this takes place in Cier btw unofficially cause i dont have the time to make a entire world) or from Atherian origins would have a weapon of Atherian technology. However, the weapons unique ability will not adapt to the user's preferences and origins. The weapons are unbreakable, unless stated by the user's ability. Now, on to the rankings. There are 3 tiers of weapons. These 3 tiers are: - Clotho - Lachesis - Atropos Clotho is the weakest tier while Atropos is the strongest. There are 8 slots in Clotho and Lachesis and only 4 in Atropos. Heres a power scale to show you how powerful they really are. Vessels (wielders of The Twenty) in Clotho can defeat 3 Duelists at once. Vessels in Lachesis can defeat 5 Clothos at once. Vessels in Atropos can defeat 7 Lachesises. The strongest wielder of The Twenty can defeat everyone in The Twenty, albeit not at once but rather 5 by 5. Suggested by the amount of weapons, there are 20 ranks from 20 to 1. Rankings are determined based off the user's and the weapon's total power. Need not worry though, as most of The Twenty will not harm innocent civilians unless provoked, deemed sinners or are duelists as of now. This might change in the future. We, the Erinyes do not have control over their behaviour. The only way to gain access to one of The Twenty is to either be related by blood to a Vessel of The Twenty who is dead, be found worthy by one of The Twenty, strip one of The Twenty from a Vessels's corpse after defeating it in a *fair* battle/a battle where one is weaker than the Vessel. Attempting to use one of The Twenty will cause fatal/near fatal damage based on the weapon's unique ability. However, if one is able to constantly tank and take on the pain of wielding it, they will be able to wield it, at the cost of being in constant pain. This has only happened once as we know of so far. However, as of now, a group of 5 known as The Defenestrators have been seen rampaging across cities and villages alike monthly, with no end in sight. Their leader, The Masked One, has been rumoured to be searching to hunt down all of The Twenty. They have killed one so far. We are not sure what his intentions are. Its group consists of: A Kaihonese individual of a highly honoured bloodline, whom which is blue. A deserter of Blackwatch, depicted with a mechanical parts and a child like appearance, whom which is green. An exiled member of our organisation, Erinyes, and a retired bounty hunter, assasin and mercenary, whom is an extremely dark dark orange.
