For Frank you have to click on him to reset the timer in the bottom right corner, if the timer reaches 17 you lose. If scratch cat if missing from the cams then he's probably at your door, to check press the white butten to turn on the lights if he's there then press the red butten to close the door, Giga isn't done yet
