However, I still wanted to release something small for you, so here's a small preview with the intro of the project. Expect it to be big and release around Jan 25, which is technically my anniversary anyway because I only started posting that date. The account of @97Scratch is officially half a decade old! Technically, I have been on Scratch for 5 years and 3 months if we consider @9Stratchy79, but if we count an account in which I was actually active, this account counts. This is more or less a personal draw my life during 2019 - 2024, with a short AMV like thingy at the end. From the painful cringe of 2019, the pandemic aches of 2020, the weird period of 2021, the annoying bothersome 2022, and the generally confusing 2023, I hope 2024 is one of my best years of Scratch. 2024 will be a big year as it's the year I start high school. Who knows what'll stuff I'll come up with that year? Or if I'll even be that active? I'm so glad with all the achievements I've gotten throughout the years, especially through 2023. Some in particular are of: - getting Scratch School curated - featured in Random Landom 3 - achieving 4th place in TSAC5 - reuniting with @OttoTV - 600+ followers - created @ninesevenpotatoes - basically the entirety of "scraco65 lore be like" - turning 13 And much more! I hope 2024 has even more achievements as I slowly drive away from being "underrated" if you wanted to say. Preferably I hope to achieve 650 - 700 by the end of this year, but it's ok if we don't reach it. For now though, I'm proud of all the accomplishments and thank most of my friends and fans for sticking with me, even throughout the rougher years. Admittedly it has been a mental struggle thinking of whether or not to trudge with my Scratch career, especially now that I'm a teenager, who may want to branch out and make his animations more "mature" for other websites. But the fact I've already made it so far now, after petty drama with @mikefork and @jeehu, after nearly getting banned throughout late 2022, to struggling to get any animations out, and even more personal struggles, I've still made it to 5 years, and hopefully beyond. And it'll be even longer than I decide to linger here, maybe til around 2027 - 2029, which is when I'll be done with high school and will probably want to advance my cartoonist career on websites like YT and NG. Short thing about the AMV as well. I guess when I make these year celebrations, I decide to go with a song that seems to be "It" for me at the time. For my 2 year anniversary, it was Counting Stars. 3 years, JD-Velocity. 4 years, There's Nothing Holdin' Me Back. And personally, with all my struggles this year, I'm Not Famous is a perfect song to end the project with. I guess that's all I gotta say. Watch the project now! (plus your animations are cool) @BrilliantGamer6, the person who got Scratch School CURATED! Pretty obvious choice. @CattyCodes, she joined literally only TWO days after me. Freaky. @Reptlowagain, oh- even freakier, he joined 3 years before me but only by a day. Plus his content in general is awesome and really underrated. If you didn't get shout out, that doesn't mean I don't like you- I thank all you guys from the last year!
