technically I rate it score meanings: ??? - unknown score (normally this means the OC hasn't been rated yet) 0 - no effort at all why does it exist (OC's with no effort) 1 - terrible 2 - kinda terrible 3 - quite bad 4 - bad 5 - kinda good kinda bad 6 - good 7 - great 8 - really great 9 - excellent (kinda hard to get) 10 - EVEN MORE EXCELLENT (the hardest to get) get 0 or 1 and the OC is crushed by the hammer 9 and 10 earn you a hammer for your OC
