This is a simple thing. Click on the black square that says "Enter Coordinates" and input the coordinates of where you want the vertices to be.
This is all because I want to 1-up my friend (who takes a coding class) on every single project that he made without any guidance. The original project is by him (he doesn't have a scratch account) and I'm trying to improve it.
