Vial is Elixir's brother, and like her, he can levitate, and turn into any potion he wishes, except it can only be negative. To compensate for this, Vial is super smart and an alchemist, so using his brain and ingredients, he can turn himself into potions that can be positive or neutral, and make potions that can be used.
