20 min I made this with Pixel Art Studio Free (easier to animate, no watermark, etc.) basically for game devs who want to create sprites and backgrounds. I got a few things I want to do with this. Add a speed limit sign. Add a bird. Make the city bigger. In fact, I should make it centred with the sun shining at the back. Add two birds. I am really happy with this though. I literally made it to test a shading technique I saw on a netflix animated show... Literally anyone can make this though, the resources are public access How do these work lol #Art #Art #Art
