Then... one of the UIW twin starbases sends a message, saying "This is K-105-B of the UIW, we have found this planet first and decided to colonize the moon to mine it and test the genesis seed, capable of creating life on barren planets and moons while causing a magnetic field around the terriformed planet, that was a starbase used to research specimens on the world of Kirth-II"
