Just putting this out there as a fan of alternative music myself, Lana Del Rey is NOT ALTERNATIVE. Just because someone's music is sad, does not make it immediately alternative! Honestly speaking, I'd say her music is sad pop, maybe a bit country with some dream pop too but NOT alternative. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk :P
